Individuals Sharing Economic Opportunities
The USA Exchange is looking to bring great deals to American cities and business owners alike. They have masterminded a platform that helps cities connect with their communities and business owners and make more deals than ever before. We help them in their digital efforts of designing, building and launching the first kind of platform ever. We are always looking to be a part of something bigger than ourselves. When we got the email from Andy, the CEO and executive director of USAX, we were extremely honored to explore the possibilities with him. We were tasked with the roadmap to success document and translating that into viable design tasks.
Discovery and strategy workshops, User journey mapping, Flow diagramming, Information architecture, Wireframe design sprints, visual design sprints, Clickable prototype, Usability testing, and style guide, Full Stack, iOS, And Android Engineering.

The USA Exchange looking to design a platform that helps cities connect with their local communities and business owners. They wanted us to help them in their digital efforts of designing, building and launching the first ever platform. The project didn’t came up with less challenges. One of the biggest challenge was to display a huge amount of content to users in an elegant way. They wanted us design a clean and easy to navigate interface. We had to provide the user with the best experience. The mobile experience was just as important as the desktop experience. We had to design an exceptional user interface for the mobile users that can display content elegantly while focusing on the usability on small devices.
We created a roadmap to success document and translating them into viable design tasks. We documented all the requirements, findings, and decisions. We designed a task-oriented information architecture according to the user personas based on that valuable information and our expert analysis.
With all the information gathered, we started generating low fidelity wireframes. These wireframes helped show the client a visual guide for the complex structure of the application and most importantly, how the user will interact with it. With some feedback gathered, it helped us to move to the next level of fidelity, using the design tool we created clickable lo-fi prototypes with wireframes.
These helped the users get a much better picture of how everything works. Again, with testing done, we moved on to high-fidelity prototypes. At this point, we increased fidelity, moving from wireframes to mockups. Creating clickable hi-fi prototypes with mockups provided users with a very clear picture of the end result.
We focused to simplify the development of complex features into intuitive UI that evolved a set of design patterns and style guidelines. Once the UI Design was accomplished, it was tested by using a hands-on approach to determine its functionality. The Usability of finished UI was tested by our in-house testing team as a clickable UI prototype.
The mobile experience was just as important as for a desktop experience. We created an exceptional user interface for the mobile user that displayed content elegantly while focusing on the usability on small devices. With over 30 different views, it was a difficult task to undertake but one that proved to be valuable with over 60% of USAX users mobilized.
We created the user interface and user experience models from scratch. Working closely with the USAX team, we curated the best possible experiences while focusing on usability and beauty. Collaboratively, we designed and iterated vital critical paths for the user from sign up to opportunity listings.
